Pros
Great team who you can really rely on even through crazy busy days and in difficult situations. It's a multinational team, medical and operational who know what they are doing. They excel in their customer service and truly care about each case. As a customer you couldn't be in better hands. Management is very approachable, I haven't had any problems getting my points across. I guess if you're efficient in what you do there's nothing to complain about. Excellent training, always up-to-date (necessary).
Cons
Long shifts and everyone pulls extra shifts to support the busy operations floor. Couldn't get into a different career unfortunately, I would have loved to stay with this company as I have a passion for what they do. CSEs could be better paid, maybe give incentives for great performance.
