      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for exposure to company wide initiatives and projects. Great flexible work life balance. Access to leadership.

      Cons

      IDG has improved a lot. It went through major growing pains but they have invested a lot of money in training and development and have taken the time to understand major employee issues to address them over-time.
