Pros

Cannot think of one thing besides a paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Everything. I'll begin by describing management (the 4 of them). Zero interpersonal skills, they provide no guidance or direction, they are completely uninterested in employee growth, particularly of their junior staff, they gossip amongst one another and never provide open and productive criticism on your work. They discriminate in their when selecting both employees and consultants for projects. Leadership is non existent. They will throw you under the bus any chance they get. Consultants- beware. You will not have clear and forthright communication. You will receive everything extremely late, including your payments! Expect to get paid once every 2 months for your work. If you don't get along with the terribly 4, expect to be cut from the project. Partners- lets just say partner orgs are bound by contract to continue working relations with this company... not by choice. Have heard from multiple sources that partners have been profusely disappointed by this company... both in production, communication, and untimely payments.

Pros

Diverse work across the globe. Due to its size, employees are exposed to all aspects of the USAID industry.

Cons

Questionable payscale. People with different levels of competence can still end up at the same job title level. What's worse is that those more capable of doing the job may be paid less.

Pros

Employees are from diverse backgrounds.

Cons

This is a company with double standards. Seniors employees get accommodated, when needed; they are allowed to work fully remotely, full or part time. I was given a hell when I asked for the exact same accommodation due to a need of childcare for my children, and I found myself forced to quit. Double standards - seniors vs regular employees.
