Pros

Work life balance is good. A small number of groups work on cutting edge technologies.

Cons

If you expect career growth, never join this company. Performance evaluations are biased and opinion driven. You are valued only if you spend more time in impressing a handful of influential people than doing the real work. And those influential people may have very little idea on recent market trends, cutting edge technologies etc. Yet they have been put into key decision making positions. Results are, frequent reorgs, huge competitive gaps and continued loss of market share in every product segment.
