Cons

Average compensation. Cubicle culture. No hiring strategy (hiring is ad hoc, always in a hurry without adequate time to find best candidates). Too much focus on processes (not quality of people). Too many reorganizations, which do not deliver on promises. Office politics is as bad as in any big corporation (probably not worst than most). Rather aggressive internal culture (may take time for people to get used to, although it seems better than it used to be).
