Pros
I get paid well, benefits are good, plenty of PTO. Opportunity for overtime now that they have laid off thousands of people.
Cons
Lots of downsizing going on right now. They are not hiding the fact that they want to automate as much as possible and run their facilities with minimal staffing. No job security, and constant rumors about "who's next" currently has morale in the dumpsters.
