Family like group of coworkers and a wonderful company, but it pays well below the state minimum for this career

Cons

Low pay and at times a nip picky management style. The PTO hours cover vacation, sick and even bereavement time at 18 hours a month.

On the job training, overtime, many benefits, lots of vacation and sick time. If you like to learn and show initiative you will get opportunities to advance.

Cons

Overtime is usually September to early January. I would work more if allowed.
