We are very glad you find in this organization the opportunity to connect with relevant players in our field as well as a network of talented team members. To support the vision of becoming a better workplace, we are making significant investments that we hope will be felt by the team very soon. Some of these initiatives focus on strengthening a culture that encourages well-being. We are also expanding and bringing technical expertise to our People and Operations Team, and they are already redesigning the staffing process to better balance the workload and will lead a compensation benchmarking study to identify gaps and guide decisions in this area. We are particularly concerned that your perception has been that Instiglio rewards tenure over performance. This signals an opportunity to communicate better the criteria behind decisions; but, I would also welcome the opportunity to have a longer conversation about this perception and hear your thoughts. Lastly, we are currently recruiting junior and senior positions in all our offices and understand that Glassdoor is an important channel that candidates use in order to learn about Instiglio.
