The recruiting process was as follows: resume and CV application, followed by a take-home RBF exercise and then an interview. The interview was mostly FIT questions followed by a quick analysis and interpretation of a graph

The interview process was conducted on a rolling basis, with applications reviewed as they were received. Shortlisted candidates were contacted promptly, and interviews were scheduled quickly. The process was efficient and streamlined, with minimal delays between stages, enabling timely decision-making and a smooth candidate experience.
Technical, you have to be very prepared. The assignment they give before the interview is standard and gives you a general idea about how they work. You have to prepare in terms of quality and quantity. Review any projects you worked on before related to RBF, green sector and sustainability (that was my focus as an engineer)
