you get experience at different job types. if you only want to work 2 days a week or 5 days a week you have that option. pay is good. I think it is actually an amazing company to work for
Cons
if you're working at one of their jobs and you signed up to work at that job for a month or so they can just go ahead and cancel out on you anytime they want
