Instawork interview questions

The interview process was very smooth and straightforward. Any questions were answered in a timely manner and I felt heard and appreciated throughout the process. While the process had its challenges I did not find it to be overly difficult.

I had two total rounds. The first was with a marketing director to gauge experience and marketing understanding. The second was with a biz ops manager (more cased based) to understand how I approached lead gen.
