- Incredibly Toxic Work Environment (many people leave this place in shambles. It’s truly sad to see the amount of people who break down and even cry over the unrealistic pressures of this job, paired with the bully and click culture this company promotes from within)
- Grossly underpaid. They will sell you on the “earning potential” and their commission structure, but you’re getting paid far under market rate for your base salary and won’t see your first commission check for at least 9 months- 2 years depending on which “promotional path” you select.
- Benefits packages are very expensive and not comprehensive. People stay on their parents if possible to avoid the high rates and low coverage.
- Micromanaging: you will have ZERO autonomy over your work with numerous check ins throughout the day and week.
-Intimidation and Public shaming is used to motivate
- Work life Balance: they celebrate and encourage 50+ hour work weeks and expect people to also participate in regular happy hours and party events outside of work.
-Diversity: you won’t find it here. The TA group scouts most new recruits from the local college Greek Systems.
- High Turnover Rate
-Encouragement of Shady immoral practices. They want you to price gauge both the clients and the candidates to increase their margins and if you don’t, you will be talked to about it.
