      Pros

      The paycheck never bounced. That's all folks

      Cons

      They talk the "you are more than just a number" game, but once placed, you are just a cog in the machine. Your "recruiter" and "management" team only care that you are clocking billable hours. As soon as the contract ends, unless YOU find another open role, you're gone. They say benefits are the same offered to IG employees, but the difference is there is NO employer compensation. They offer a 401(k) match - but it's limited to $250 per year. Not a percent of contribution - TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY bucks.

      Pros

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
