      Pros

      - potential to make money if you stay for 2+ years, but not worth it for the toxic highschool/sorority girl enviroment

      Cons

      Employees are required to submit the reviews they put on glassdoor to management, so don't bother listening to them. They only hire women based on appearance and if you fit the look, felt like I was in a high school environment, the drama is horrible, and promotion is based on popularity, not work ethic. If you want to leave, you will NOT get a reference from them that refuse. Felt like i was in a cult, I wish I left sooner

      Pros

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
