you'll essentially be working for free. starting out you make $34k/yr & they'll do everything in their power to delay the 'promotion' they pitch you in your job interview
the amount of work they expect out of you (especially when starting out) is at minimum 7-5 everyday. the workday doesn't start until 8am, but if you don't have your day set up by 730 or get to the office by 7, you'll be reprimanded.
you're so micromanaged, you'll begin to think you're breathing incorrectly. there's never a way to know if they want you to be having fun or working vigorously until you realize you're doing the wrong one.
