Everything. From lying in the interview process as to how the day to day goes and promotions to being sexually assaulted by colleagues who take advantage during work HH (which happen often) then proceed to get praised for who they are. Nothing is fair game. If managers like you they will promote you, if they don't, well, go ahead and quit. They will show you they don't want you a part of the company. Once you are out of their circle, you WILL be shunned if you plan to stay in the same city. Managers are extremely unprofessional. They'll do drugs in the bathroom with you. Everything that Insight Global promotes is Toxic. Constantly drinking during work hours, HH all the time instead were people get completely blacked out instead of actual team building Overall, if you want to work for a company of grown up college kids who can't seem to let their glory years go, then this company is for you!
