During my time spent here I have found exactly the job I wanted straight out of college. I was looking for a corporate atmosphere where I could learn business practices, sales techniques, and overall tools to help me in the "real world". From the moment I started here, I can not begin to describe the many different ways I have grown as a professional and as a person. Insight Global has taught me corporate ettiquette, sales techniques, social cues, how to run a meeting, how to conduct an interview, technical jargon, and so much more. The people in my company truly care about your advancement and the advancement of your peers--everyday we are working hard to help eachother get to the next level and it is what real teamwork looks like. This is the ideal place for social people who want to make a name for themselves in the corporate world. My co workers are wonderful and I would recommend this position to any of my friends who are looking for a good challenge and career path.
Cons
Obviously, it's always hard to adjust to a working time schedule fresh out of school but Insight Global keeps you on track. You will quickly learn that we give 110% all day every day and we work a few hours longer than most companies, but it's because there literally aren't enough hours in the day. We put in a lot of time at our job, but the time flies by quicker than you would ever expect and I find that to be a good thing in the end. Any job where I can enjoy myslef, get a good challenge, and not relize how quickly time flies by is clearly an environment that keeps me coming back for more.
