      Insight Global offers a very supportive team culture, helpful recruiters, and plenty of opportunities to learn quickly. The fast-paced environment pushes you to grow, and the company provides solid training and resources for career development.

      Cons

      Workload can become high during busy periods, and communication between teams can sometimes feel inconsistent. Expectations are demanding, and the fast pace may feel overwhelming if you prefer a more structured or slow-moving environment.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Cons

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
