Pros
One of the only places hiring people directly after college. My recruiter is very kind. Weekly pay.
Cons
The benefits are hundreds of dollars each week and through United. 401k matching is capped at 200$ a year. Very little room for upward mobility within the company. No paid holidays or time off. You are expected to make up any hours you miss. This job only works out if your family can afford to keep you on their health insurace or if you are young enough to do that. Otherwise the ACA is cheaper and better insurance. You cannot buy a house unless you have had this job for 2 years.
