Feedback like this has been noted and has helped inform a number of operational changes aimed at better supporting our teams. This includes recruiting additional roles to help balance workload, prioritizing process improvements, as well as strengthening local ownership and decision‑making so teams are better supported day to day. While there’s always more to do, these changes reflect our ongoing focus on improving how we operate and how our teams are supported.
