Pros
I always feel the company has my back. They provide excellent support for field workers from language interpretation and tech, support to scheduling support and everyone is friendly with a good attitude. Patients and their pets are largely a delight. Overall, a great place to work and love the autonomy in setting my own schedule.
Cons
Paperwork is significant, 30-60 min. of paperwork/pt or more for a complex case. Drive times average 30 min. but can be up to an hour between patients. No benefits other than mileage. I don't see much room for advancement but may not have been there long enough and the job is per diem so may be limited in that.
