Recruiter phone call, followed up by a second recruiter call to schedule a phone interview with hiring manager. That interview was brief, almost a screener. Then recruiter called to schedule an in-person interview with hiring manager. That interview went a bit longer, almost an hour. Recruiter called with an offer a couple weeks later.
The interview process was great overall — well organized and everyone I spoke with was genuinely enjoyable to talk to. The organization's goals are compelling and felt meaningful. I did receive an offer, but ultimately decided to pass as the compensation came in slightly below what I'd consider current market rate
