Impact driven - Biotechnician Innov4Sight Health and Biomedical Systems Employee Review

There are absolutely "NO" pros in this company. The Company uses people and discards them. Innov4sight Management does not pay the hard-working regular employees but it pays regular salaries to its senior management. The company also adopts all the malpractices and methods used to deceive its own investors , employees and Govt. Institutions. This Company also does not follow any social etiquette with its vendors and there have been various instances where false promises are given and then they try to steal the concepts & ideas of the vendors and pass it on as their own. As an ex-employee, there is a lot of bias and blackmail to every employee whoever has been working with them for more than a year or so. They do NOT pay the promised salaries and they try to work in a sinister way even with their own investor and company auditor. Overall, We recommend to everyone out there ...NOT to work in this company as it would only result in pain and disappointment .

As you are aware, the pros are worse than any cons of a normal company......you could imagine how horrifying & painful working there actually is!! Please do not ever associate with this company in any way and please do realize that this "Company of Crooks" is out there to deceive investors and the general public.

Being a startup company, usually people hesitate to join and contribute towards the success of the thought which the Founders & Co-Founders came together for. But once this thought and the belief is understood, there's nothing stopping anyone to contribute and make it a big success. I believe in the dreams & the vision of this company and will do whatever best i can for the success of it.

Like any start-ups, we also have our own bottlenecks. But we are here together, to find solution and succeed and not to just point out issues.
