      Flexibility in work, Some Reporting managers are good.

      No WFH, No focused plan about the work, does not keep their promises, only focus on earning money and no time to think about employee benefits.

      Cons

      First, will ask you to join without pay for 3 months. If you don't agree then they will think of paying you. Read their offer letter carefully if you get proper offer letter on time. They will say they will make you join as an employee but if you are experienced. They will make if join as contract worker. So, that they can fire you anytime. And rest other good reviews they have asked their own employee to put good reviews about them on glassdoor. I thought to share it to all of you . And please don't join because you don't have any job . It's a big scam
