What you expect from your organisation? i). A good working environment, ii). Supportive colleagues, iii). Good mentors etc. So Innotical meets all the above requirements. Mentors are really good and they are best in their shoes. Always tend to motivate you with their mantra of doing work with the ease. Colleagues are pretty impressive and interesting. Each and everyone is always ready to help others. That's why Innotical is growing so fast. There are a lot of other pros.
Cons
Nothing is perfect in this cruel world. I'm still observing things which may fall in this category. Soon I'll be updating this one too. Right now I've only one in my mind. Being a IT industry, Innotical must have flexible work timings, breaks. As programmars can not perform at instant because they need their seperate virtual world to get things done. It can be any point of time of the day. So in my views this thing should be taken under consideration.
