      Pros

      good for just freshers, learning by seniors, senior employee's behaviour is very friendly.

      Cons

      no appreciation for your work and knowledge, no salary increment, even you dont get enough respect, no work shedule, no fun.

      #1. Good culture. #2. Helpful peoples. #3. Always try to work with new tech stack. #4. Give employee opportunity to grow. #5. No Office politics. #6. Good projects to work on. P.S People here are really hard working and try to give there 100%, if you really want to learn something, don't think of anything else. Just give your time for yourself and you'll see result soon. Best of luck.

      #1. Late night works. #2. Management may ask you to complete the work anyhow meeting with the deadline. #3. No parties and outings. #4. No perks
