Pros
There is multiple level of hierarchy which definitely helps an employee understand the corporate hierarchy in a better way, specially if he/she comes from a small organisation. The office infrastructure is good with a neat and clean environment.
Cons
There is no growth opportunity for technical people, neither in terms of learning nor monetary. The salary hike is very poor and not at par with the lowest trend in the industry. This is a KPO/BPO and do not confuse it with an IT company. They are not in trend with using the latest technologies which are available and are being used by other companies now-days. Most of the time (90%) you have to work on the Change Request and there is no new project. The TL/PM does not support their team members at all. There is no work-life balance as there is production department and you have to continuously support them be whatever, and whenever you ask for a break you will be insulted for no reason. Though you may have many leaves or if you haven't taken any leaves in a couple of months you will always be discouraged to take any leave. The senior management make false commitments to clients without consulting the back-end team which results in creating undue pressure and increases the workload.
