Pros

You will never lose the job if you can impress the right person.

Cons

I was working on indusnet technologies PVT ltd for more than one and a half years. On last Thursday, February 15, 2018, one of the HR asked me to come and told me that I have to resign for non-performance and management don't want me to continue the job. Management doesn't want to fire me for sake of my career, that's why they ask me to leave. But suddenly ask to leave became FORCE to leave when I ask if there is any written mail or intimation about my non-performance from my reporting authority or from management. I had to put down my papers at that conference room and I was not allowed to leave that module even when I ask to go to washroom she told me that it is clearly instructed by HR manager that I must not leave the room. For clarification, she asked my reporting authority to come and told him that it is my last day. I ask my manager for the reason and he told me that he wasn’t aware of the incident. For compensation, HR told me that I didn't need to serve my notice period and my release will be immediate, However, I will get the salary of rest days of the month. First of all, I have some question and advise to the honorable CEO of the company. Sir, don't think that money will always compensate every issue. INT was my family and if I start to write how much I have done out of my professional duty for INT it will end as a Novel. A working couple of extra hours and with an extra effort at INT is very natural and I was not special because INT is driven not only by professional views and aspect but also with emotions and LOVE. Don’t you think before my exit I supposed to be officially intimated for my NON-PERFORMANCE. During my working tenure, I had to take orders from multiple peoples supported by management. I took lots of inspiration from you, I was a full-time worker and still, your organization treated me like a prisoner and I experienced how a crime interrogation can be. Are you aware what is happening in your organization under your nose. Very soon INT will be a wrecking ball operating by some Robots if it will go like this.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a performance oriented company. On an average 4-5%, people are asked to leave due to non-performance in a year. This is lower than the industry average. Nobody enjoys a separation, including us. I am sorry if you feel you have been treated unfairly during your exit process. I will investigate the matter and take necessary action. Kindly share specifics.

Pros

- Project Manager actually cares about her people. (This is why I give this role such a high rating ) - Competitive pay (yearly evaluations) - Flex Time

Cons

- Government can terminate position at will (nature of the beast) - Project Manager still fought for her people when the government ended the role to save money. (She drug out talks so the other logistics coordinator and I got 3 more weeks of pay)
