Pros
At the beginning I had a great boss who kept me busy with new things and even though I had to push through a lot by myself, at least I had the chance to do that and I explored what I liked. I was kinda thrown in water (here's a regular assignment, go and do it without any further instructions what should I do from the business point of view) but with the clear possibility to go and ask my boss about anything.
Cons
Not much of a work culture - last team building has taken place two years before I joined the company. After my team leader and his boss left, it went south - no backing up from the management and such. Your experience really depends on which team you land in.
