Pros
Indra is a big multinational IT company that develops projects for big clients, and the development follows a set of steps and procedures to ensure quality. Having worked at Indra in a few different projects/clients, I have learned a lot and earned valuable experience.
Cons
Unfortunately, depending on the project you're in, management might sometimes be good, sometimes be bad. And when it is bad, unpaid extra hours might be required from its employees while they are not always respected or cared for. Also, some employees might end up not being valued or being paid less. There were employees who worked there for 5 years but remained as junior level, since there is a limited number of employees who can progress in their levels each year for the sake of the company's structure.
