Pros

I own a portfolio of enterprise accounts that most CS managers at larger companies would never get access to at my stage of career. At Increff, that's just the standard — they trust you early and expect you to rise to it. The product is strong enough that most client conversations are about optimisation and growth, not firefighting, which makes the work genuinely satisfying. The leadership team is visible and approachable in a way I hadn't experienced before. When a client situation gets difficult, I'm not managing it alone — there's real support from Product and Engineering when it matters. The office has an energy that's hard to put into words, somewhere between a startup and a company that knows exactly what it's doing. I leave most days feeling like I actually accomplished something.

Cons

Compensation for a few roles can be relooked at from Market.

Pros

I spent my first year post-college feeling like analysts were treated as glorified report-generators. At Increff it's completely different. My work feeds directly into product and operational decisions, and I can trace the impact within weeks. The data infrastructure is mature, the problems are meaty, and my manager actually spends time explaining the 'why' behind requests rather than just throwing tickets over the fence. The culture here is warm in a way that's hard to describe without sounding cheesy. Team lunches, small celebrations for big wins, people genuinely asking how your weekend was — none of it feels performative. The flexible leave policy is real, compensation is strong for Bengaluru, and I feel respected as a professional every single day. Couldn't have asked for a better place to build my career.

Cons

The pace at which things moves can become overwhelming at times.
