I came in expecting to learn. I didn't expect to lead. - Associate Product Manager Increff Employee Review

Pros

One year in and I've already presented product decisions to our largest clients, led sprint planning for a module, and had one-on-one conversations with the founders about roadmap direction. For an APM, that kind of access and responsibility is exceptional. Increff doesn't treat junior PMs as apprentices who observe from a distance — they put you in the arena early and coach you through it. The cross-functional exposure here is genuinely unmatched. I work with engineers, analysts, implementation teams, and sales in the same week, sometimes the same day. That breadth is building a rounded understanding of how a SaaS company actually operates. The team is warm and high-calibre, the office has real energy, and on most days I have to remind myself I'm getting paid to do work I genuinely enjoy.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

I chose Increff over larger, better-known companies because something about the culture and the problem space felt different. That instinct turned out to be exactly right. Within my first year I was involved in board-level reporting, The kind of exposure that would take five or six years at a large corporation happened here in two. The cross-functional relationships I built with Sales, Success, and Engineering gave me a rounded understanding of how a SaaS company's economics actually work. The systems were clean, the processes were disciplined, and my manager invested real time in my development. I left to pursue further studies, and the manner in which Increff supported that decision, with strong references and gracious goodwill, reflected the character of the organisation.

Cons

No cons currently overall satisfied here.

Pros

I've thought about leaving twice. Both times, when I sat down and honestly compared what I'd be trading away, I stayed. The technical quality of the work here, distributed systems at the scale of India's largest fashion retailers; is hard to find. The codebase is something I'm genuinely proud of, because the whole team cares deeply about craft, not just delivery. Engineers here argue about the right way to do things, and those arguments result in better systems. Five years also means I've seen the company grow substantially, and what impresses me most is how the culture has stayed intact. The founders are still present, still setting the technical tone, still accessible to anyone on the team. My growth trajectory here - from SDE to Senior to Lead; happened because work was recognised.

Cons

None. Just keep doing what you are doing.
