Upper management implements new rules every few weeks, is constantly telling RBT what they need to "improve" on, and then they don't even acknowledge you and say Hi when you see them. RBTs are the ones providing all ABA services and are treated the worst. After 1.5 years at InBloom I realized how little they cared and valued their RBTs, apparent by the way they speak to them and how little they pay compared to other companies in the industry. I have now started at a new ABA company and my starting rate is $10 more per hour than I was making at InBloom.
