InBloom Autism Services interview questions

Several rounds but everyone was nice and made you feel comfortable. Questions were in line with the role and you can tell they really care about culture and fit. Good experience overall.

I had 3 rounds of interview before the on site interview. that is 4 in total, The 3 round was to perform a assessment before the onsite. I did really well infact I had to work on it over weekend and later they asked me to come onsite. Then it went well until they asked me if I had a car to commute. the office is 3 mins from the metro station. as I was not having a car I informed that I will be using the metro to commute, the interview vibe changed in a second. they said they were looking for candidate with a car. but seriously? i dont see that mentioned in the JD. they rejected me in 2 days by an email. next time please mention what all you are expecting from the candidate.
