Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry to hear that block scheduling has been a challenge for you. We did a lot of research on this scheduling model prior to implementing it. As a kiddo-centric organization, our goal is always to provide the best level of service to the kiddos (and their families) and we are privileged to work with. We found that kiddos thrive on routine and consistency; block scheduling has allowed us to see more progress. In addition, we want to create as much scheduling consistency for our RBTs as possible.
