Pros
Great autonomy and flexibility. Support managers in Oceania district are very supportive. There are always ways to grow, even if not with a job title, Further education, upskilling and projects are always available with the right end goal and discussions with leadership team.
Cons
The last few years have been a little turbulent with redundancies and leadership changes, however not many cons to list.
