Illumina interview questions

Very bad interview. The senior director was not prepared to the moment, connecting in the cellphone during the moment. I’m not respected during the selective process. The senior director made questions not related with the position, either objective to eliminate me.

The hiring manager displayed unprovoked signs of anger and an inability to regulate the emotional state—manifesting intimidating facial expressions with lack of proper knowledge for lean methodologies and provide ambiguous response about the position. This level of emotional volatility during a controlled setting like an interview raises serious concerns about what one might endure when working with this on a daily basis.
