Good team energy, team managers will look out for you, co-workers look out for each other and are always ready to help if you are unsure of how to do certain tasks. Basically your whole team is on your side, they are also understanding if you make mistakes and will back you up when you inevitably meet a disgruntled customer. Which is extremely valuable if you work in a customer service role in SG.
Cons
Working environment of certain roles, mainly customer abuse. If you work in the EB section and the Exchange & Returns counter, be prepared to deal with some of the worst human beings ever. People who refuse to see logic and accept the policy is the policy. Ever got one time a customer threatened me (part time worker) with legal action because he tried to return half of a product and expected a full refund for the full item nonetheless. But honestly, your team will back you up in spite of nonsense from customers, have full faith in your team and trust them.
