Corporate doesn’t fully understand what goes on at the clinic level and that people spend ALOT of money for services that shouldn’t be promised to them before evaluated by a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL- they would have virtual consultations with company consultants who are just trying to make commission and sell clients services all to have them come into the office for us to have to say you are not a candidate for this (obviously the client is not happy in this situation, rightfully so, and it makes us feel awful and puts a divide between us and corporate)
Also, training schedule that was told when hired was not what actually happened and the minimal training for injectables is concerning.
