      Promises of pay raises/bonus plan for 1 year - never happened Upper Mgmt Lay offs every few months (including my whole team) Racist practices in customer scouting Unethical selling practices; unethical employees - especially in sales

      Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

      Cons

      High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
