Cons
To sum it up: disappointment and disrespect Upper management obsessed with sales when we barely have enough staff to do these services these poor clients are tricked into, within their active contract time. High turnover, no nurse or receptionist here has been working at the company for greater than a year. Everyone I know has left abruptly. This is the same story in all the clinics I have heard of. MPs exploited by company. Feels like we don’t even matter, myself and all of my coworkers have voiced so many concerns regarding safety and other issues and we are not listened to, despite being single-handedly what keeps this company afloat. We are belittled and gaslighted constantly. Consultants not booking appts correctly, lying to clients or omitting info to clients and causing MPs tons of issues in clinic that we do not have time for. They are taking away a huge benefit for us - being able to be models for training. Now these paying clients are going to be our experiments. Makes sense! It’s not fair for the clients or to us. A free treatment every couple of months is the least this company can do for all the BS they put us through. We haven’t gotten a raise. $33 an hour with a bonus if you hit a certain number of treated guests. 3% commission, which is no incentive to sell, especially when our appointments are constantly shortened and we have to really focus on keeping the client comfortable and our treatments safe with the little time we are given. If you want us to sell more, raise the commission rate. 3% is literally pennies. I can’t be bothered, I have a million other things to do, since we have no help with our day to day duties.
