Interesting work - learn a lot about a heap of other industries
Cons
Private-equity owned. No pay rises, minimal replacing of staff. Revolving door of fresh people and those leaving. Incredible employee churn. Terrible internal culture. Constant sniping and undermining across functional teams. Bloated mid-level management structure that spends most of the day getting involved in petty squabbles. Pays lip service to safety but will happily throw these values away in the pursuit of a new account. Limited career paths.
