IXOM interview questions

The interview is mostly Behavioural questions with answers based on star method. They ask about your experience and your knowledge about the company. They hire grads every year, some stay longer and some leave sooner.

Initially very pleasant with HR and direct reports, good feel to the organisation and affable people. Final interview with the regional lead went off the rails, told me to ‘keep it high level’ then constantly irritated by the lack of the detail provided, no attempt to engage just not picked. A great start ended poorly.
