Pros
The sky is the limit if you want it. Super face paced industry where you need to sell hard to get it done. The people all were welcoming and great until you didnt pull your weight. I would recommed this company to someone who will learn to sell the little stuff and then learn from the vets to get into bigger projects.
Cons
Not really their fault at first but we had some serious growing problems. To many huge projects that need lots of engieers and support staff to support the project. Pay wasnt that well balanced throughout the different areas. Of course sales guys made lots of money as they should because without them, no one has a job. I think the CAD/ project managers got the short end of the stick for all the hard work they did. The salesmen cross over into each other boundries very much with their core clients chasing work all over. some confusion and animosity because of it.
