Pros
Challenging work, smart people, free beauty products
Cons
Management is not great. There’s a lack of good managers and there’s a lot of turnover with all the initiatives they have going on. It can be disorganized and is very lean, which can lead to long hours depending on what team you’re on. If you want to get experience and are willing to work a LOT, this could be a good place for you. I would just suggest to pay attention to who the hiring manager is and know that your manager will probably change more than once during your time there. The way people communicate can be rude and disrespectful even in front of other employees in the open space. After being there a while, I noticed that a lot of people who work there have a lot to complain about. It’s a high stress environment and most people are in a bad mood. Things can change very suddenly and the communication is not great amongst the company. Onboarding is lacking and the training process is very unorganized with zero to little documentation.
