8yWe are surprised and concerned by the comments made in this post, which do not reflect the culture we recognise and foster at INTO. We have conducted three anonymous employee surveys in the past 18 months, as you suggest, but not heard feedback like this. We would welcome any other feedback or details about the matters raised or any related matters, so we could more fully evaluate the situation. We have in place a Speak Up/Whistleblowing Policy which describes the process for bringing such matters to our attention so that we can investigate accordingly. We strongly encourage you or any other employee, current or former, or any other individual who has dealings with INTO, to avail themselves of this process, which can be found on our Company intranet or corporate website here https://intoglobal.com/media/384177/speak-up-policy-january-2018-final.pdf. Current employees may use their local complaint/grievance procedure, as outlined in their employee handbook instead, if they prefer to do so. Thank you.
