Too many political battles to be worth working there - House Parent IMG Worldwide Employee Review

It's 100% political; think drama. The students/athletes often come from extremely rich/spoiled backgrounds and cause trouble almost daily. Worse, if you discipline them, they call a parent, and the parent in turn calls someone above your head. Alas, no power means the kids run the show. It's horrible. IMG cares about one thing -- money. They do not, in any way, care about the house parent (my position of helping operate the dorm).
