I reported to Director for 1 month. She is SO micromanaging - tells me to fill 10+ excel sheets with repetitive data. Giving me instruction to do something, and after I do it, she tells to she never told me to do it. Wants me to fix 5 meetings a month, but doesn't allow me to draft emails and subject lines. She tells to fill excel sheet which will be useful for her in future. I didn't get time to do my ACTUAL task of cold-outreach to prospects. She sounds friendly during interview and training. I got a response on cold-call that person is on a vacation and to follow-up after a month, but she wants meeting this month. She doesn't know the concept of pipeline. I respect that she is an accomplished performer with awards, but as a leader, she's lags behind. I quit after a month.
