Thanks for the review. Unfortunately you got fired at the client site for non performance. That is why they revoked your door access. The client has given extremely bad feedback about your skill set. Please do understand that you have to keep up with technology as it is evolving. Most of our employees adopt to changing technology. However, some people can not learn new things. They find it difficult to compete and learn new related technologies. We do understand that we can not keep everyone happy. As the CEO of the company, I am personally accessible to all the employees. You have neither emailed me nor called me to discuss your situation. We can do what is reasonable. We can not do everything that is asked for. If you have specific concern, please do email to hr@imcsgroup.net and we will certainly address your issue. We are one of the few companies that would give classroom training to our employees. The emphasis is to hire motivated individuals and train them well. To fit into our company, you have to a good learner and have good work ethic. In our accommodation we house 2 per room. We do not provide grocery as stated in your review. We provide stipend to our students. There are lot of factual errors in the above review. We wish you good luck, and hope that you will find employment in a company which fits your needs (A company that you will work as per your instructions).

IMCS Group has grown dramatically since this post was made. We would not have grown if the above review were to be true. If you are at a salary, there is no need to know the bill rate. If we do not discuss the bill rate with the vendor how would be able to sign the contract.
