It seems that long-time employees who are loyal to management are the ones getting promoted, while genuine talent is overlooked. There have been multiple HR complaints, leading to frequent replacements within the HR department, which raises questions about stability and employee support. Technology seems to be absent, with a focus primarily on acquiring French companies, rather than innovating or improving current operations. Under the current CEOs son the US leadership has been laying off employees at an alarming rate, contributing to a troubling work environment and extremely low wages. They sold operations in Sunnyvale and appear to be counting on San Diego to become the next hub for basic relay and APEM low performing products , but there's little sign of effective execution.
